Garnacha Wines CASS Grenache 2005 has the delightful taste of a quality California Pinot Noir with strawberry notes added to it. Garnacha (in California called Grenache) is often used as a blending wine for its delicate strawberry flavors. CASS allowed the fruit to fully ripen after reducing the crop by 75% midway through the summer. They then added a touch of Mourvedre to give it backbone and a little pepper without overwhelming the natural Grenache flavors. Try this wine with Roast Turkey and cherry salsa.
